I went to my first aerial yoga class and it was so fun! I honestly can’t wait to go back! Since starting traditional yoga a couple of months ago, I’ve been intrigued by ‘flying’. Aerial yoga is a lot of upper body and core work (my abs were killing me the next day) but i have NO regrets!
My instructor was impressed with how flexible my first pigeon pose was and asked me if she could snap a picture! I’m honestly impressed with my self too!
